Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions.

Terms for using the Beyond Line website, sending an enquiry and requesting a free website audit.

Website and service terms

1. Scope of these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Beyond Line public website, its Contact enquiry form and the free website audit offered by Beyond Line Agency (terms version 2026-10-08). Questions: grow@beyondlinedigital.com.

Information on this website is general. Viewing pages does not create a client, advisory or agency relationship. A Contact message asks us to respond; it does not confirm a booking or commit either side to a paid engagement. Paid services require separately agreed terms, including their scope, before work begins.

2. Website use and enquiries

Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, security or other people’s access. Do not submit false details, credentials or information you are not entitled to provide. We may be unable to respond to incomplete or abusive requests.

A Contact message is not an accepted project, quotation or booking. If Beyond Line offers paid work, both sides must separately agree its scope and terms before it begins. These website terms do not set prices, payment schedules, refunds or ownership rules for paid work.

3. Appropriate use

Submit only a public HTTPS page that you own or are authorized to have checked. Do not submit credentials, private systems, personal or sensitive information in a URL, or material you are not entitled to share.

Security, request-rate and service-capacity checks help protect the service. We may be unable to accept or complete a request if a page is unsafe to fetch, unavailable, outside the supported scope or the service lacks capacity.

4. Requests and follow-up

A Contact enquiry collects the fields shown in that form and the details you choose to provide so we can respond. A Website Growth Check uses the public page you authorize. Anonymous checks do not require contact details. Optional follow-up asks for your name, email and optional phone after the check is complete. We use request information to respond and for follow-up you ask for. It does not give permission for marketing.

After a completed check, you may ask for follow-up. A separate Growth Diagnostic requires its own permission to contact you. A request is not a confirmed appointment. The report is available on the page during the 30-minute session. When available, a detailed-report request asks for your name and email, with optional phone and company details, and requires a separate choice. The request is sent to the owner for review and fulfilment. Sending it does not create a lead, authorize a callback or marketing contact, or mean that the customer report has been delivered.

5. Availability, checks and results

The service reviews the content and technical signals available from one public page. An optional Google PageSpeed Insights check may load the page in a browser and provide a mobile performance measurement. Unavailable measurements are left unscored.

Scores summarise the signals available to the check. They are not rankings, conversion measurements, a full-site review, Core Web Vitals certification, or a guarantee of accessibility, security or business outcomes. Findings may be incomplete or need human context. A failed or unavailable check is not a zero score.

6. Responsibility and contact

Audit results are informational and are not a substitute for your own review or advice from a suitably qualified professional where you need it. Keep your own copy of any information you need; the report is made available in the audit session and a detailed report can be requested separately using your email when request handling is available.

We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular result. These terms do not waive any rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.

For questions about these Terms, contact grow@beyondlinedigital.com.

7. Privacy and data handling

The audit's collection, service providers, retention and request handling are explained in the Privacy Notice. It records 30-day retention for unconverted requests and the applicable request contact route.

By checking the required box and submitting the form, you authorize the check and agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice. Optional follow-up and Growth Diagnostic requests require their own affirmative choices.
