An enabled request collects your name, email, optional phone and the details you choose to provide. An audit also records the target URL, agreement time and document versions before checking its public homepage. Information is used for your request and any follow-up you explicitly request, not automatic marketing.
The configured service uses Cloudflare hosting, D1 storage and Turnstile verification. Security controls process connection information and temporary session data. Unconverted enquiry records are retained for 30 days, then removed through scheduled cleanup. If an enquiry becomes a client relationship, handling of the resulting client records is addressed separately. To request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information, email info@beyondlinedigital.com. The owner monitors requests and coordinates their handling.
New requests trigger staff notifications, with a daily summary sent to the designated staff mailbox. Cloudflare processes these notification emails and Google hosts the staff mailbox. These are internal handling messages, not customer report emails or marketing enrollment. Staff-mailbox copies are handled through the same request and deletion process.
Audit results use a short-lived secure session for an optional callback request. A callback request is not a confirmed appointment. Automated report email is currently unavailable. There is no public lead or report directory.
Google Fonts and external media providers receive normal connection information when resources load. Following email, telephone or WhatsApp links uses the chosen external service. No analytics provider is connected; local event hooks alone do not transmit or store a conversion history.
